Leadership is ideally the power of will and ability.
In leading others, in a way possible for a positive and transformative change that impacted the society, it is always and nevertheless ideal for someone to do everything to satisfy his will and ability.
It is said that leaders help themselves and others to do the right things. They set direction, build an inspiring vision, and create something new. Leadership is about mapping out where you need to go to "win" as a team or an organization; and it is dynamic, exciting, and inspiring. Yet, while leaders set the direction, they must also use management skills to guide their people to the right destination, in a smooth and efficient way.

Zita is a graduate of Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English at Guagua National Colleges, Guagua, Pampanga and Master of Arts in Education major in Administration and Supervision with Academic Excellence at Dr. Francisco L. Aside from these many achievements, he does not stop from achieving others and the goals of another. Note that leadership means different things to different people around the world, and different things in different situations. For example, it could relate to community leadership, religious leadership, political leadership, and leadership of campaigning groups.
Whatever kind of leadership, however, deserves an applause.
