What is more to see than to look forward to. You will not know on this humble but super human being - Rjay. His passion exceeds his credentials, but his credentials alone speak a lot of who he is; but more so has hidden a lot of gems to the public eye to be seen.

However, as is said, you cannot hide a diamond even from the dark, His sheen splendidly scintillates from the eyes of many. His works in the field of research, Kindergarten teaching and his exemplary avenues in demonstration teaching made him one of the most formidable teachers in the field, not just in Pampanga but in the Philippines.

Dr. Calaguas is a Kindergarten Teacher at Northville 15 Integrated School, Division of Angeles City since 2013. He is dedicated to the social and emotional development of each child. He makes it his goal to make sure that each child receives the best care and love that they all deserve. This is his vision: where these young pupil see the world beautifully handled to them, as they bring their wings unto the future ith grace amidst the dilemma, and love amidst the critical changes happening in the world today. But our super human is on the way to give these little young people a chance to look at the world with difference - a difference that starts in the kindergarten, the very classroom which he represents.

Teacjer Rjay is not just a well-educated scholar, he was also a dedicated churchman. He lives by his example, and never forget to integrate these examples to the young and old people alike. Anone who is close to him will see that he is not an ordinary teacher, his love for the Church is an uncommon man - never forgeting humility though he was well-honored, and faith amidst his bachelor years.

Astonishingily, he completed his Doctor of Education major in Educational Management degree (2019), Master of Arts in Education (2015) and Bachelor of Elementary Education (2010) at Pampanga State Agricultural University. He was also conferred an Honorary Doctoral Degree - Honoris Causa by World Christian Fellowship Ministry and the University of Oklahoma, USA in 2019. This year, he was included on 6 individuals who received the prestigious Doctor of Humanities honoris causa from Astrid Academy in Sweden.

He loves watching the children with different behaviors and needs and transforming them into awesome human beings. Because of these, he was awarded as Outstanding Teacher of the Year (2020), one of the Top 10 Regional Outstanding Kindergarten Teachers (2019), Division Outstanding Teacher (2018), Pinakanatatanging Guro ng Bayan-Kinder (2018) and Best Kindergarten Teacher Implementer in Region III (2017).

Today, he is one of Philippine's most watched teacher personalities in the Youtube.

There is more fire to blaze by this super human. An exemplary specimen of a teacher with a vision. A model and a molder of the youth par excellence - both spiritual and intellectual.
